RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the purchase date. We’re happy to offer store credits or exchanges for full-priced items that are unworn and in their original condition.

Important Notes:

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

To Qualify for a Return:

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition with no signs of wear or damage.
  • Items returned by mail should include all original packaging (tags, box, etc.).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Earrings (for health and safety reasons)
  • Gift cards

Final Sale Items: There are no exchanges or store credits on sale items—all sales are final. Additionally, engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Once received, we allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return and issue you a refund to your original payment method, a store credit to your account or exchange the product for you, whichever you have chosen. We will then send you a confirmation email when we have applied the refund, store credit or exchange.

NOTE: we will not be able to refund you for any delivery fees that you have paid at purchase to have the product shipped to you.

If in our reasonable opinion the returned product does not comply with this clause, we will ship the product back to you, at your expense, and not issue a store credit or exchange.
